On the other hand, gardeners and property assistants – and staff – take care of operational tasks related to both general property maintenance and the upkeep of green areas.

Maintenance tasks can include lawn mowing, weeding, planting, green area maintenance, establishment of small new installations, renovation of existing installations, general gardening tasks, and snow removal.

Additionally, we offer a caretaker function as a package solution, managing daily resident contact, requisition and management of craftsmen, environmental inspections, move-in and move-out reports, building maintenance, laundries, and heating plants.
